They have a strong lettings department and are currently looking to recruit a Property Management Team Leader to manage a portfolio and oversee a team of 2 property managers.

Personal specification:
- At least 4 years’ experience within residential property management
- ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Experience managing / supervising a team would be beneficial
- An analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants – excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Full UK driving licence is essential to carry out property inspections.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on previous experience. Your own car is required for property inspections – business mileage will be paid.
