Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager who is up to date on current lettings legislation and can hit the ground running. It is important that you can deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone in a polite and professional manner. Personal specification:
- Property administration / property management experience
- ARLA qualified would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High standards of service and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-presented
- Flexible approach to work
- IT literate.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £35,000. There may be an option for hybrid working after probation should the role go permanent.
