Our client prides themselves on their property management service and, therefore, excellent customer service and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
This role would suit someone who:
- At least 1 years’ experience within residential property management would be preferred
- ARLA/NFoPP would be preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Confident in dealing with clients’
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Have a strong service ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task
- Happy to take the initiative
- Confident, friendly and genuine
- Want to be part of a great team.
This position will come with a salary in the region of £26,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
