Our client is a highly regarded, upmarket lettings and property management company with a large portfolio of properties around London’s prestigious Holland Park. They are responsible for letting and managing the residential and commercial property portfolios, as well as the freehold scheme of management.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced property manager to support their small, friendly team. To be considered for this position you will have had at least 2 years’ experience within a property management role and be ARLA qualified, or working towards this qualification.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the day-to-day management, maintenance, and compliance of a portfolio of residential properties. This role ensures all properties are maintained to a high standard, tenancies are managed efficiently, and tenant relationships are well maintained. Personal specification:
- Minimum of 2 years’ property management experience
- ARLA qualified – preferred
- Some understanding of tenancy legislation and deposit procedures
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with people at all levels
- IT competent
- Cheerful disposition
- Good timekeeping
- Flexible “can do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent team worker
- Ability to work alone or as part of team.
They are offering a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm.
