Our client is a well-regarded estate agency in Chelsea, West London. They are particularly strong and active in the higher end of the property market and pride themselves on their enviable reputation.
As the Property Manager, you will be overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 properties within Chelsea, South Kensington & Kensington. Personal specification:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a residential property management role
- A smart appearance and professional approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with commitment to maintaining excellent service standards at all times
- Team player
- Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure and problem solving
- Organised and systematic – ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to meet deadlines
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Specified processes and routines, work to a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of IT systems
- Full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £32,000 to £40,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. After working for the company for one year, you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
