Our client is a leading, privately-owned estate agency, and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in Petts Wood! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.
To be considered, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within residential sales and possess first-class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!
Personal specification:
- Experience within residential estate agency
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Have knowledge of the local area
- Strong communications skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Assertive, confident and friendly
- Good time management skills
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer will include a basic of £20,000, plus pooled commission enabling you to earn in the region of £30,000. They will provide a guarantee when you first join them.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. You will get a day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
