Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced individual to join their team in Camberley, which is continuing to go through rapid changes, with major investments in the area.
As the Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for running the sales department. This is a key appointment for the business and requires a motivated individual who can lead, manage, and grow the sales operation, while maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional client service. Personal specification:
- Recent experience as a residential sales manager
- Proven track record of growing a sales department
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
The package for this role will include a basic salary plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000. There will be a guarantee in place in the region of £50,000 for the first 4-6 months of your employment (flexible).You will also be provided with a car allowance.
You will be working a 5 day week.
