Personal specification:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience within a senior residential sales role
- Ability to lead from the front
- Ability and willingness to develop a team of property professionals
- Have a strong service “ethic”
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Live with close proximity of the office
- Full UK driving licence.
The company is offering a basic salary of £34,000 to £39,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £65,000. A car allowance will also be provided.
