Our client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Manager to join their highly successful independent estate agency in Beaconsfield. Working closely with the company directors, as the sales manager, you will play a key role in managing the sales function and handling property valuations, contributing directly to the continued success of the business.
To be considered for this sales management role, you will have excellent people skills, leadership skills and be willing to go the extra mile. This is a highly competitive market, so as the sales manager you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and extremely hard working to be considered.
The initial package for this sales manager vacancy will include an excellent basic salary of up to £40,000, plus on target earnings of £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience and performance. You will be working a 5 day week. 1 in 3 Saturdays will be required but a day in lieu will be given for this.
