An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within this boutique, privately-owned estate agency in North Kensington for a Sales Negotiator!
Our client deals primarily with the upper end of the market; therefore, it is important to have the gravitas to be effective and successful in such a sector. To be considered for this sales negotiator role, you will ideally have had at least 12 months’ residential sales experience within a reputable London estate agency, as well as confidence, enthusiasm and first-class customer service skills.

- A proven track record as a residential sales negotiator
- Knowledge of area
- Target driven and motivated
- Confident and well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Good IT skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to build rapport and trusted relationships
- Full UK driving licence.
The package for this sales negotiator position will include a basic salary of up to £32,000, plus realistic on target earnings of £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience. Commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit! A car allowance or company car will be provided.
