This successful, independent estate agency in the London Borough of Richmond currently has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator at their busy office in Sheen.

Personal specification:
- At least 6-12 months’ experience within residential estate agency would be preferred
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
- Sales driven
- Strong communications skills
- Assertive, confident, friendly & genuine
- Professional telephone manner
- Outstanding time management skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
It is imperative for the successful candidate to be able to deliver under pressure and be confident dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.
The salary package will be in the region of £32,000 to £38,000.
