This successful, independent estate agency in the London Borough of Richmond currently has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly office in St Margarets.

Personal specification:
- At least 6-12 months’ experience within residential estate agency would be preferred
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
- Sales driven
- Strong communications skills
- Assertive, confident, friendly & genuine
- Professional telephone manner
- Outstanding time management skills
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package will be in the region of £32,000 to £45,000, plus a car allowance or use of pooled car. Benefits include 22 days annual leave, lieu days, birthday holiday days, team commission, social events, collaborative approach to selling, excellent team working environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm. For every 2 Saturdays worked, you will get a day back in lieu.
