Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to work for a highly successful independent estate agency? Do you have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!
Based in Epsom, this role is ideal for someone ambitious, driven and motivated who loves working in estate agency. Our client offers plenty of scope for career progression and personal development giving you ample opportunity to move up the career ladder during your time with them.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience within residential sales
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Target driven and focused
- Competitor knowledge
- IT literate
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary package will include a basic of up to £25,000 dependent on experience, plus on targets earnings in the region of an attractive £45-55,000! A car allowance will also be provided, along with other benefits.
If you work a Saturday you will get a full day back in lieu during the week so you only ever work a 5 day week.
