A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our client’s thriving office in Kennington! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have at least 6 months’ experience within estate agency to be considered. Our client is looking for someone who is hard-working, ambitious and looking to make their way up the career ladder. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- Some experience within residential sales
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings of £50,000 to £70,000! There will be a guarantee in place for the first 3 months of your employment. A car allowance or company car will be provided.
Benefits include 21 days annual leave (increasing with years of service), all bank holidays off, a day off for your birthday, pension scheme, bonus for hitting target, vouchers, and more!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm, and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays.
