A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy offices in Cheam and Worcester Park! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous estate agency experience would be preferred but is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.
Your tasks will include:
- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- Negotiation between buyers and vendors.
Personal specification:
- Some property experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £22,000, plus on target earnings of £27,000 to £30,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 3 Saturdays per month from 9.30am to 5pm. When a Saturday is worked you will get a day back in lieu, therefore, you will only ever be working a 5 day week.
