Personal specification:
- At least 3 years’ experience within residential lettings
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- ARLA/NFoPP would be highly advantageous
- Understanding of current legislation
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literate – Reapit would be beneficial
- Highly motivated
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
They are offering a salary package of c. £70,000 OTE with a guarantee in place whilst you establish your pipeline.
