Our client is a long-standing, leading estate agency and is currently looking to recruit a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Surbiton.
If you have a residential sales background and are looking to grow with a reputable agency, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Is this you?
- At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience handling valuations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this sales negotiator role will include a basic of up to £26,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £60,000! A car allowance will also be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and will get a day back in lieu for this.
