Our client is a thriving, award-winning independent estate agency and is currently looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Woking, which is one of their top performing offices!

Is this you?
- At least 3 years’ experience within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong valuation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Highly motivated, professional, and well-organised
- Ability to work independently while supporting junior team members
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Woking branch
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of £30,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £50,000 to £70,000!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm. You will get a day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
