This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Winchester.
You will oversee the buyer’s and seller’s journey from initial enquiry through to completion. As a trusted partner, clients will look to you to consult on the best course of action, to ensure they achieve the best results that the market can offer. You’ll work closely with the head of office, wider sales team, and the client services department to nurture the existing database of clients, whilst identifying new opportunities to grow market share.
To be considered, you should be a local market expert, coupled with experience of selling and listing, with a minimum of three-five years’ experience. If this sounds like you, please get in touch.
This fantastic opportunity will provide a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus! A car allowance will also be provided.
