A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s busy office in Kennington! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.
Personal specification:
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
The package for this role will include a basic salary plus on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £35,000. A guarantee will be in place whilst you build your pipeline.
