MEET THE TEAM – GEORGINA EASTWOOD – ASSOCIATE
At Property Personnel we’re firm believers that the secret to our success is down to our fantastic team. Meet Georgina, a specialist lettings & management recruiter (and self-confessed ‘grammar freak’!). We sat down with Georgina to ask her some questions about her role here at Property Personnel.

Almost 13 years!
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Being a part of someone’s job search and building a successful relationship along the way is the best part for me.
How did you get into recruitment?
Honestly…it wasn’t my plan! I had just graduated and was looking at what I wanted to do, when I saw the advert for the role at PP, I applied, Anthony called, I made him laugh and the rest is history!
What has been one of your biggest achievements since you have been at Property Personnel?
My promotion to Associate along with beating the record for highest billings in a single year in my 3rd year as a consultant .
What is the biggest challenge you face at work?
People lie – we think we have heard it all and people still manage to shock me!
What makes a good candidate?
Someone who is honest and communicative!
What makes a good client?
Same as above really! We want clients who will communicate with us quickly and honestly, and they will always get the same from us in return.
