Hello! We are Pablo & Dudley Hesse!

As you can see, we are ‘Head of First Impressions’ and we take our jobs very seriously. We could be in the deepest of sleeps but as soon as that doorbell goes, you better believe we are the first ones at the door. We beat our dad every time!

Sometimes our team come over to the house for a meeting, which is often followed by an evening of food and wine. This is when we are in our element as we are the centre of attention. We get passed around for cuddles and eventually fall asleep on one of their laps.

What’s the most important part of your job?
Making sure no one enters the house without acknowledging us first. In between important estate agency recruitment discussions at Property Personnel, we stay on high alert for visitors, suspicious sounds, and the possibility of snacks. It’s a serious responsibility in a busy world of property recruitment specialists.

What do you think happens during team meetings?
From what we can tell, it’s mostly humans talking about estate agency recruitment while we provide essential background support…from laps, sofas, and occasionally directly on top of important paperwork. We consider it our duty to ensure every meeting reaches peak comfort levels.
