Pablo & Dudley

Head of First Impressions

What do you do?
We are part of the team at Property Personnel, one of the UK’s leading property recruitment specialists. In the world of estate agency recruitment, we take on the very important role of keeping things lively, welcoming and properly supervised. We’re always on alert for visitors, ready to ensure no one arrives without a proper greeting (and a thorough check for treats). We also play a key supporting role during team meetings, especially when they happen at our house. While the humans talk estate agency recruitment, we make sure the atmosphere stays relaxed, the attention is fairly distributed, and any available laps are efficiently occupied for quality control purposes.

About

Hello! We are Pablo & Dudley Hesse!

As you can see, we are ‘Head of First Impressions’ and we take our jobs very seriously. We could be in the deepest of sleeps but as soon as that doorbell goes, you better believe we are the first ones at the door. We beat our dad every time!

Sometimes our team come over to the house for a meeting, which is often followed by an evening of food and wine. This is when we are in our element as we are the centre of attention. We get passed around for cuddles and eventually fall asleep on one of their laps.

Q&A's

What’s the most important part of your job?
Making sure no one enters the house without acknowledging us first. In between important estate agency recruitment discussions at Property Personnel, we stay on high alert for visitors, suspicious sounds, and the possibility of snacks. It’s a serious responsibility in a busy world of property recruitment specialists.

What do you think happens during team meetings?
From what we can tell, it’s mostly humans talking about estate agency recruitment while we provide essential background support…from laps, sofas, and occasionally directly on top of important paperwork. We consider it our duty to ensure every meeting reaches peak comfort levels.

What makes you good at working with Property Personnel?
We bring energy, timing, and strong opinions about doorbells. As part of a team of property recruitment specialists, the humans handle the estate agency recruitment, while we handle morale, cuddles, and making sure nobody forgets that breaks are very important (especially snack breaks).
